Your trust matters. This page explains what data I collect, why I collect it, and how it is protected when you engage with my Talent Acquisition consulting services.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Rodolf de Bona Biro, operating as an independent Talent Acquisition consultant based in Vienna, Austria, is the controller responsible for any personal data you share in the course of a professional engagement or enquiry.
2. What data I collect
To deliver executive search and recruitment consulting, I may collect the personal data you choose to share: your name, contact details, professional background, CV or résumé, references, and any information relevant to a hiring brief. This data is provided voluntarily by you or by the engaging client.
3. Why I use your data
Your data is used solely to assess suitability for opportunities, to manage the recruitment and consulting process, to communicate with you about roles, and to fulfil legal or contractual obligations. I will not use your data for unrelated marketing.
4. How your data is stored and shared
Personal data is stored securely and access is restricted to me and, where strictly necessary, to the engaging client for the relevant role. I do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as needed for the engagement or as required by applicable law.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard server logs may record technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and stability, and are kept only for a short period.
